Officially, we’re called The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties, Inc. but we know that’s a bit of a mouthful, so we just go by ELCFV. We’re a nonprofit organization managing the School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs in both counties.
