Founded in 1997 in the historic city of Jacksonville, Florida, and later established in North Carolina, Small Business Development Program, Inc. was created by a group of financial and community leaders with a shared mission to strengthen and empower small businesses and ministries through financial and economic growth. Our programs and services are built on careful survey analysis and strategic economic review, ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet the real needs of those we serve.

Today, we proudly support between 450 and 780 members annually across the nation, with 284 participants from our local community alone. From start-up assistance to long-term business or ministry maintenance, we provide comprehensive resources, innovative funding strategies, development campaigns, specialized services, and training. Our goal is to simplify the process of growth while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
