Originally founded in 1976 as the Old Colorado City Development Company, our organization was born from a collaborative effort between the City of Colorado Springs and local business leaders to support redevelopment on the city’s Westside. In 1992, we became the Pikes Peak Regional Development Corporation, expanding our impact by providing access to affordable capital and helping drive local job creation. In 2023, we adopted the name Pikes Peak Business Lending, reflecting our focused mission of empowering small businesses through SBA 504 loans for real estate, equipment, and debt refinancing.

Guided by an experienced advisory board, executive leadership, and a dedicated support team, we remain committed to strengthening our state’s economic foundation.
