Mindy Thomas is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Job and Career Transition Coach and Executive Leadership Coach. In addition, she graduated from Georgetown University’s executive leadership program where she did extensive post-graduate work in the field of coaching.

At the same time she’s supporting her clients in her private practice as they explore new career options, Mindy has served as an adjunct professor at Immaculata University for 17 years teaching numerous courses including Adult Development and Life Assessment, Organizational Behavior, Psychometrics, and Performance, Assessment, and Motivation.

Prior professional appointments include Director of Admissions, Director of Placement, Community College Career Counselor and Legal Recruiter as well as working for a leading global outplacement corporation.

Clients value Mindy’s global and diverse perspective in each facet of my service. She suspects this stems from being reared as the daughter of a Marine Corps fighter pilot while living across the US and living and studying in Italy as a teenager.
