The Cliff LV

The Cliff LV, situated in Las Vegas' Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, is a forthcoming $30 million open-air lifestyle retail center. Transformed from a 100,000-square-foot office complex, The Cliff will feature a curated selection of casual and fine dining establishments, boutique shops, and health and wellness venues. Designed to serve as a vibrant community hub, the center will include a central bar, a 26,000-square-foot covered outdoor dining lounge, landscaped communal spaces, a live performance area, fire pits, kiosks, and public art installations.

Developed by Partners Capital in collaboration with CAST, The Cliff aims to become a premier destination for both locals and visitors. Its strategic location offers visibility to over 177,000 vehicles on Highway 215 and approximately 54,000 daily commuters on St. Rose Parkway. The center is expected to attract patrons from the surrounding area, which boasts a population of over 300,000 within a three-mile radius. Construction is slated to commence in October, with an anticipated opening in the second quarter of 2025.
