Southern Nevada Home Builders Association

Established in 1953, the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA) stands as Nevada's oldest and largest local trade organization, representing over 500 members across all sectors of the home building industry. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in Southern Nevada by addressing housing and community development needs. We strive to promote community attitudes that support the home building industry's success, unite our members' talents to lead on industry challenges, and implement programs that advance membership, education, and active involvement within our association. 

As an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), a Washington D.C.-based trade association founded in 1942, SNHBA connects with a vast network of professionals dedicated to building and enriching communities. This affiliation enables us to provide our members with a competitive advantage through access to national resources, advocacy, and industry insights.
