The Leadership Institute of Nevada is dedicated to transforming education by cultivating a community of innovative, insightful, and principled leaders who drive systemic improvement in public schools. We believe that every Nevada student has the potential to succeed, and strong, empowered leadership is key to ensuring excellent and equitable education for all. Through leadership development, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to education entrepreneurship, we work to build high-performing teams, schools, and school systems that create lasting impact.

As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Institute is committed to identifying, developing, and retaining exceptional education leaders while fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors. By advancing a diverse network of alumni and engaging families and students in capacity building, we strengthen individual leadership and collective action. Our efforts are focused on building a better future for Nevada’s students—one where they are equipped to thrive in an ever-changing, complex world.
