Operation Clean Duds is more than just a laundry service—it’s a mission powered by compassion and dignity. Born right here in Archbold, Ohio, we exist to ensure that no one has to choose between life’s essentials and something as simple, yet vital, as clean clothes. Our founder, Jasmine Conley, a proud disabled Army Veteran, turned her insight into action, recognizing the unseen crisis affecting individuals and families across our community. What started as a small idea has grown into a full-force operation helping folks feel confident, healthy, and ready to take on the world—one load of laundry at a time.

We're proud to be a 501(c)3 nonprofit that fills a gap no one else was touching. At OCD (yes, we love the name too!), we believe clean clothes are a basic need, not a luxury. Whether it's helping a job-seeker feel ready for an interview or making sure a child has clean outfits for school, we’re here with non-judgmental support, practical help, and a big heart. Our work runs on donations, volunteers, and community spirit—and we’re always looking for more people to join the mission. Together, we’re turning laundry into love.
