Our story took a powerful turn on January 7, 2025, when Ashlyn Mangandi, our partner and a driving force in BZ Build Co., lost her home in the devastating Eaton Fire. That day became more than a tragedy; it became a catalyst. Together, Ashlyn and John transformed their shared vision and decades of experience into BZ Build Co., with a renewed commitment to rebuilding Altadena, Ashlyn’s hometown. Grounded in transparency and driven by purpose, we are proud to lead with integrity, rebuild with heart, and serve the communities that inspire us every day.
