Brickz Health & Wellness is a beautifully designed spa that blends the touch of luxury with the warmth and comfort of home, creating a serene environment to relax, rejuvenate, and recharge. It was founded in Albuquerque, NM in 2024 by husband-and-wife duo Arnold & Brittney

To us? The ENS? The symbol, is often a circle drawn in a single, unbroken brushstroke, carries profound meaning and aligns beautifully with the philosophy of a wellness spa. This is where our logo comes from. The ENSO is a meditative practice symbolizing mindfulness and highlights the beauty in imperfection and the ongoing journey toward self-improvement and wellness, key aspects of personal growth and healing.

Arnold has been in the fitness industry for over a decade. After 6 years of co-owning and directing gyms in Tucson, AZ, Arnold ventured to New Mexico in 2017 - it was the perfect time to go out on his own and open his dream gym located next door to Brickz Wellness is Brickz Fitness.

Brittney has 7 years of experience in the fitness industry and over a decade in the medical field. Brittney graduated with her RN in 2013 and Masters of Nurse Practitioner in 2019.

Together when building Brickz Wellness, our focus was and continues to be to bridge the gap between the fitness industry and medical field! Building a healthy community, both physically and mentally! We wanted to provide a safe space that feels "warm" like home. A place where you can relax, unwind and rejuvenate from your busy life.
