Baja Taverns LLC was founded by a local Las Vegas family with the goal of restoring the classic, guest-focused spirit of "Old Vegas." Frustrated by the shift toward corporate hospitality, they opened Sagos Baja Tavern & Lounge in 2006 to create a space where people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, just like in the city's earlier days.
