Inspired by his wife Andrea’s love for classic New York delis, Tony set out to bring that nostalgic charm to Las Vegas. The couple chose to revive a local favorite by taking over the former Weiss’ Deli, aiming to preserve its long-standing community roots while introducing fresh updates.
