As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, certified Community Development Financial Institution, and HUD-approved housing counseling agency, HomesFund administers a range of homeownership programs in partnership with local jurisdictions. These include initiatives such as the Fair Share Program for the City of Durango and the Durango Mountain Resort program for La Plata County. By combining financial resources, educational tools, and strong community partnerships, HomesFund works to develop diverse, affordable housing opportunities and create lasting impacts for residents throughout Southwest Colorado.
