Improve Your Tomorrow – Nevada is dedicated to transforming educational and life outcomes for young men of color. Founded in 2013, our organization was built on the vision of a nation where these young men are overrepresented in higher education, underrepresented in the criminal justice system, and positioned as leaders in their communities. We believe every student deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, and we work to dismantle systemic barriers that too often stand in the way.

Through mentorship, academic support, and college readiness programs, Improve Your Tomorrow empowers young men of color to graduate high school, enroll in higher education, and achieve success beyond the classroom. By addressing challenges such as the school-to-prison pipeline, we strive to close opportunity gaps and create lasting change, ensuring that young men of color are not only prepared for college but also for meaningful leadership roles in their communities.
