Details:
At this event, Susan Jenson will demonstrate how to easily prepare delicious no-oil whole food plant based meals. This diet has been shown to prevent and reverse heart disease and reduce, avoid, or reverse cancer, stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, and about 30 other diseases. This diet also helps people achieve and maintain a healthy weight, without having to go hungry.
Following the demonstrations, attendees will get to sample the food prepared by Susan and eat a buffet dinner prepared by Little Green Forks. The buffet dinner will include soup, salad, a selection of entrees and a tasty dessert. The price is $30/person. Participants will automatically be entered into a drawing for $50 worth of free food that will be awarded to one of the participants of this event.
