When you donate, your business name and phone number will be displayed on a colorful paper balloon at the Costco registers.
 
Every membership purchase and CMN donation will enter participants into hourly prize drawings, with a fantastic Grand Prize to be won!
 
Plus, as a special token of appreciation, anyone who purchases an executive-level Costco membership will receive an exclusive gift.
 
We are also seeking businesses to support this great cause by participating in our Jumbo Balloon Program for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
