Event Name:
SCORE Event: Getting Things Done, Contractors vs. Employees
Description

As businesses grow, it is necessary to bring in additional help. Should you hire full-time employees? Part timers? Contractors? What is best and why? What are the pros and cons? What do I need to know before deciding? Can I save cash by offering equity? There are so many questions to ask and answer. This presentation will provide you with a logical way to make the decision that is right for you at that time. It will cover the problems with each and how to overcome them. Needing extra help is usually a good thing. Do it right.

All attendees will receive a free copy of Steve’s book: “Simplify Everything”
