Sales for the NonSales Professional was developed after Kim White recognized that many small business owners and subject matter experts started their work to deliver a service or solve a problem—not because they wanted to sell. In fact, many expressed discomfort or even dislike for the idea of “sales.”
This workshop introduces a simple, practical framework for understanding the sales process—one that removes the stigma and makes sales approachable for anyone. Participants learn how to connect with potential customers authentically, overcome objections with confidence, and guide conversations toward a “yes” in a way that aligns with their values and expertise. The goal is to empower professionals to grow their organizations without feeling like they’re “selling.”
