She played a key role in opening both Castor and Lucca in Downtown Corvallis, bringing her commitment to quality, creativity, and community to each project. Danielle is devoted to sourcing local, sustainable ingredients, working closely with regional farmers and purveyors, and ensuring every dish is made from scratch in-house. Her menus evolve seasonally, reflecting the freshest offerings from local farms and celebrating the rich agricultural bounty of the Willamette Valley.
