Description
Unwind & Immerse in nature's joy & wonder through the wellness practice of Forest Bathing/”shinrin yoku”. Join Nature Therapy Guide Jane for this mindful 1 mile wander to quiet the mind & awaken the senses, closing with forest tea. Dress for changing weather. Bring water, snacks &  small backpack for hands free. Rec.min.age 12. Registration requested online or by calling the Visitor Center at (719) 687-2366.

Details:
​A park pass is required to access the park. Passes can be purchased for $10 at the Visitor Center from 9am-4pm. Or with cash at the self-serve station by the big info sign on your right when you enter the park.
