Event Name:
Fall Nature Journaling
Description
The Fall Equinox has officially arrived! Let’s celebrate and discover through the art and technique of Nature Journaling. Join in as we learn how to observe the incoming cycle of fall through the eyes of objective learning and subjective experience. Each of nature’s seasons has so much to teach us. What is unique about fall and fauna’s response to it? What do the falling of the aspen leaves evoke for you personally? Pencils and paper will be provided, or you can bring your own journal. Feel free to bring portable water colors, camera, and stay open for poetry to suddenly enter your mind. Class oriented toward ages 16+. There is a 10 minute easy hike. We will sit on the ground for the second half of the program, and a portable chair is available for those who’d like one. Dress for the
Weather.
