What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race offers the flexibility to complete your 5K (3.1 miles) anytime, anywhere, at your own pace and convenience. Run, walk, cycle, jog, or even use a treadmill – whatever works best for you!

How to Join:

Register: Sign up for the "Lace Up - Celebrate Positive Thinking" APTW Virtual 5K on or before August 31, 2025.

Complete your 5K: Run or walk your 3.1 miles anytime and anywhere between August 31, 2025 to October 1, 2025.
