The California Transportation Commission to hold a public hearing on the Transportation Corridor Agencies’ tolling facility application for the 241/91 Express Connector project.

The 241/91 Express Connector public hearing will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Yorba Linda City Hall, 4845 Casa Loma Ave., Yorba Linda. Prior to the hearing, there will be an open house information session with F/ETCA staff for interested parties, starting at 5:00 pm. The public is invited to participate to provide comments both in person and virtually over Zoom.

The State of California posted stronger-than-expected job growth, adding more than 17,000 jobs in the most recent period, with a statewide employment growth rate of 0.4%. Southern California continues to lead the way in employment gains, with Orange County standing out as a regional leader.
